You would have probably hear this dozens of times before but here I come again: When a person is there all the time, you will just take it for granted and not cherish him/her, but when he/she suddenly leaves you, or even when that person tells you in advance that he/she is going to leave, you suddenly want to cherish that person. Do you not think that it is too late already?

Sometimes, it may be too sudden for you to accept. You probably know that you should cherish everyone around you, but sometimes, you take things for granted and forget about it. It is until the last minute that you start to regret, thinking of what you have (or have not) done with that person and what you could have done.

Sometimes things happen, and sometimes these things are inevitable. But no matter what, always prepare for the worst. It does not mean to be too pessimistic - I am saying that because we are usually ignorant of potential misfortunes such that we are not prepared when they arrive. You should still have the spark of optimism in you!
